On the 20th of November 2008 in bul. Vitosha 34 in the heart of Sofia the first Official Rolex Boutique in Eastern Europe was opened.
It has taken a lot of commitment and persistence in our difficult mission to bring the touch of Geneva to our city. After eight months of construction, as a family we are more than delighted with what has been achieved. This store is more than a new chapter in our family business, it is the culmination of everything have achieved in the past years.
The Rolex boutique is a space entirely dedicated to Rolex watches and embodies the brand’s image of excellence. In keeping with the Rolex Interior Design Department’s principles, a constellation of elements are harmoniously combined to create the spectacular staging that distinguishes each Rolex showroom around the world. The boutique offers a privileged atmosphere for specialized advice and watchmaking expertise, inviting the costumer on a journey into time and opening the door to the exclusive world of Rolex.
Watch service and sale shop
A full package of service is offered to the customers:
- repair and replacement of parts
- cleaning of mechanisms
- change of batteries
- burnishing
- technical consultations
- restoration of old watches
- selling of new ones
…and all this with a guarantee! The shop works with some of the most famous brands of Swiss watches. It is an official service for Rolex, Rado, Omega, Breitling and repairs watches only with original parts, ordered from Switzerland. In the spirit of the family business the firm stakes on the good service, consistent with the needs of the customer, pleasant, stylish setting and high professionalism. The craftsmen are trained and continue to perfect in the last technical tendencies in the best Swiss schools of Rolex, Rado, Omega, Chopard, Breitling, Ulysse Nardin and more.
